Prior to starting Team Talks, Phil Means was the Business Link Skills Coordinator for Lincolnshire and Rutland. This specialist role involved workforce development following a general business review conducted by a Business Link Adviser. Workforce development encompasses upskilling management and staff to increase productivity through training and the use of Business Improvement Techniques such as LEAN. Phil has an ILM Level 5 in Business Skills.

Before joining Business Link, Phil was in retail management with Sainsburys, Homebase and DGSI. He also has experience of the Financial Service industry working in both the corporate finance and investment markets.
